Recently my friend Kelly, has inspired me to reflect more on hormonal health. So today I thought I would share with you 1 yoga pose that can support your ovaries and the balance of your estrogen and progesterone.

Your ovaries keep your reproductive system running smoothly and a balance of estrogen and progesterone hormones. Unfortunately chronic stress and exposure to toxic chemicals can lead to imbalances in our estrogen and progesterone levels.

If you have a low libido, are feeling irritable, experience migraines, depression, extreme PMS or other reproductive disorders you may have an imbalance in your estrogen levels.

Today I´m going to show you one deliciously satisfying pose for your ovaries to balance your estrogen and progesterone, but before I do that if you are looking for the ultimate in support for your hormonal health, I highly recommend our membership community. We have an entire series of classes for hormonal health that support not only your ovaries, but also your, but also in your adrenals, thyroid, pancreas, pineal and pituitary glands. Today we are going to practice wide-angle seated forward fold with a twist (parsva upavistha konasana). The gentle twisting action of this pose will help to improve circulation to your pelvis, regulate menstrual flow and stimulate your ovaries, balancing estrogen and progesterone.

Rest in this pose for 30 seconds to 2 minutes, in the middle and on each side.
